We are celebrating R-TRIP bike commuters, along with Redmond’s cyclists of all ages, at R-TRIP’s Bike-to-Work Day after party on Friday, May 17 from 4-7pm along the Sammamish River Trail behind City Hall. Gather your bike team, or come solo, so we can celebrate you! The Bike Bash is the perfect way to celebrate Bike to Work Month, and kick off the cycling season, with your Bike Team, your neighbors, and other bike enthusiasts. Spandex not required!

Redmond’s Bar & Grill will have a no host beer garden for our cyclists and Bike Teams who are over 21. They’ll be featuring a selection of Redmond’s frostiest beers from Mac & Jack’s and Black Raven Brewery. And, nothing goes better with beer than live music, right? We’ll be rocking the trail with the awesome sounds of:
Bicycle Helmets are also going to be for sale for $10 from the Redmond Police Department. The rider must be present to have the helment fitted properly, so bring the whole family and get them fitted for a safe cycling season. The Redmond Police Explorers will also be on hand to kick off their bike registration program. This program will help police locate your bike if it ever gets lost or stolen.
